Founded in 2009 by its current General Manager Dr. NDZENGUE Antoine and the Swiss group OPTIMA ENERGY, NEPTUNE OIL S.A is a specialist in trading, importing, and distributing refined petroleum products in Cameroon and neighboring countries.
